Includes: drain fresh tank, open low -point drains, drain water heater, pump antifreeze thru all hot/cold lines, including toilet all sinks & faucets, inside/outside shower, includes 2 gallons of antifreeze solution.

Water Heater Service

Includes: anode rod inspection, adjustment of burner/electrode, clean debris from burner assembly, inspect check-valve, visual inspection of tank, test system operation on gas/electric,.

Furnace Service

Includes: clean burner orifices, clean/inspect electrode assembly, check/inspect control module board, clean & inspect blower wheel, system temperature check, inspect vent tubes for obstructions or blockages.

Solar Maintanance/Upgrades

Includes: check & inspect all related solar cables & battery cables & wires, check config of solar controller for proper voltage output to batteries, inspect roof solar panels & connections, apply rain-X to solar panels (up to 4) check solar system voltage & output, test inverter operation & voltage/amps.
